A bit cold, right?

Yet if you’re reaching out to a business and you’ve seen the person/team behind the product or service in their online marketing, you no doubt feel more familiar. It’s a comfortable feeling, that creates trust. When marketing images give you some insight to the brands personality, even better! If you vibe with them, you’re much more likely to buy from them.

Your audience – potential clients and existing clients want to see you, and feel like they know you. It’s this connection that sets you apart and can result in a new customer or client choosing your business, instead of someone else’s!
